In 2000 I left my corporate management job to retrain in web design which I dabbled in and out of over the next decade.

And, while I can pull a website together (ish) I’m definitely not a designer. But, given the resources online these days I’m not sure you need to be anymore particularly with the increase in popularity of blog-based sites like WordPress.

Anyway, HazelGraphics.com is simply a place where I like to collect together all my thoughts, tips and tricks mainly on web design and websites but also on other design gems I find online.

And remember, if it’s not useful or beautiful – get rid of it
